In order to deliver advertising, the foundations have to be laid first. This includes the creation of publishers (website owners), the websites themselves, as well a placement. Between all three, there is a one-to-many mapping, that is, one publisher can have multiple web pages and a website can have multiple advertising space. Conversely, an advertising space but always only too well a website and a website always belong to exactly one publisher.
Publisher
First, you should therefore create a publisher. Embark to to the "Administration" (the top) and right click on the menu "Publisher". On the left side now still finds the navigation, in the middle you have a (possibly still empty) Publisher list and right above the statistics summary and the bottom right of the setting possibility for publishers. Now enter the first data for a publisher one, so user name, password, full name, company, etc. and set the publisher to "Active: yes". Then press "Save" and you will be informed that the publisher has been saved. Now click in the toolbar (the small bar at the bottom of the window) of the central region on the button with the two arrows (the first button). The list is reloaded and your newly landscaped publisher appears.
The publisher list, you can quickly see the most important information, such as name / company, user name, last login, account balance or how many web pages and advertising space associated with the publisher. Click the publisher's name in the box to the left above the statistics summary appears at the bottom right and you can edit the publisher data.
Website
Next, we want to create a website. To do this, click in the administration area to the point "websites". As with the publisher, the window is divided into three parts in navigation, list and statistics / Edit here. Insert here next, a new Web page by typing an address in the URL field (eg meinname.de) "unlocked: yes" and select and click again on Save. After reloading the central region also was now the newly created website will appear.
As with the publisher to get the most important information on the Web sites in the site list. the number of advertising space, the number of assigned channels, if the website is active and what commission, the webmaster receives are particularly important.
Channel
Before you deal with the placement, you should consider whether it makes sense for you to create channels. Channels are very useful if you want to carry out recurring bookings on a large number of different websites and advertising spaces. If you only have a few websites, you can skip this step for the time being.
A channel is nothing more than a collection of web pages - a logical unit, so to speak. Usually thematic groups are formed here - about all websites on sport are combined in the channel "Sport". Now select the point channels in the menu and click in the middle section at the bottom of the button with the clean sheet ( "New"). Right the input mask in which you now enter a name and then press "Save" appears.
Embark now back to the website list and click the entry of the already created website on the text "0 Channel" (Mid Zone, 3rd column below). Right now opens the channel assignment in which you will find above the already allocated channels, as well as a list of channels. To assign the site a channel, then select the bottom of the respective channel (here should be present so far only one channel) and click "Save." The channel will then appear at the top of the list. If you load the Web page list (middle area) new, "0 Channel" is then "1 Channel" shown up instead.
Note: A site can be assigned and a channel can have as many websites as many Channel. As a rule, here a high association promotes flexibility in the later booking. Thus, a website about football, for example in the channel "Sport" as assigned in the Channel "Men" because it is known that there mainly men reside. This makes it possible, subsequently, to deliver an advertiser targeted precisely target a specific audience.
Placement
Once publishers, website and channel are created and assigned, is now missing only the advertising space. This put quite similar, as you have already done it with publishers and website, in the item "placement" on. Enter the placement a name (useful as possible so you do not mess afterwards comes in many placement), select the Web page to which is this advertising space.
