Agency area is designed to help customer acquisition. You can enter all potential agencies / customers and deposit the appropriate contact. You can also define simple price lists, offers and customer information for each agency.
Agency area consists of three parts: agencies, contacts and business that you can switch on the tab navigation above.
In the area agencies, all agencies will be deposited by those campaigns to be acquired in the future. Each agency should be assigned to a specific processor, so that responsibilities are clarified here. At each agency, the individual contacts can then be added. A contact is usually a media planner or key account employee who is responsible at the Agency for the planning and allocation of campaign budgets.
In the contact area all the data of the respective contact lists. Here can be found the one the master data (telephone, mail, function, photo, etc.), a list of customers (which customers are served by the agency or directly this media planner), a price list (which prices have been agreed with the Agency) and the possibility to store a log of communication with that contact.
