At the level of the websites and placement, it is possible to control which campaigns are approved for delivery and which are not. For this there are (CPM / CPC / fixed price / other) for the different campaign types each permits the option whether campaigns of this type or are not allowed.
The type of campaign is determined as follows:
CPM campaign | Campaign -> Billing -> CPM is enabled |
CPC campaign | Campaign -> Billing -> CPC is enabled |
Fixed price campaign | Campaign -> Billing -> fixed price is on |
other campaign | all three above settings are not activated |
In addition, access for each campaign types further regulations on minimum CPM, CPC minimal and minimal eTKP:

In addition, these settings can be saved for campaigns with campaign -> Planning -> priority than the default (1) or remnant campaign (2) have been defined.
